Son of Thunder Membership Terms of Service

1. Membership Subscription & Cancellation:
  • Subscription Duration: Memberships are continuous and will remain active until canceled by the member.
  • Rejoining after Cancellation: If you cancel and wish to rejoin, you will sign up at the offers available at that time. Promotional rates secured in past memberships will not carry over.
2. Payment Terms:
  • Monthly Billing Date: Your membership fees will be automatically charged every month on the exact date of your original sign-up. For instance, if you join on the 5th, your subsequent payments will also be processed on the 5th of each month.
  • Failed Payments: Should a payment fail, we will notify you immediately. You'll then have a 15-day grace period to resolve the payment issue.
  • Cancellation on Non-payment: If your fees remain unpaid after the 15-day grace period, your membership will be automatically canceled, and you will lose all access privileges.
3. Gold Membership Perks:
  • Online eligibility for Ian’s Annual Conference: Active Gold members with a minimum of 3 months' subscription prior to the conference will have access.
  • Conference Registration: A registration form will be shared in advance for in-person attendees. Ensure timely registration to secure your spot.
4. Community Code of Conduct:
  • Respect & Understanding: Our community thrives on mutual respect. Discriminatory or hateful actions will not be tolerated.
  • Consequences for Misconduct: Violations can lead to warnings, suspension, or even revocation of membership.
5. Changes & Updates:
  • Modifications: We may revise these terms occasionally. Major changes will be communicated to members.
  • Acceptance: Continuing your membership post-revision indicates your agreement to the new terms.
6. 14 Day Free Trial Terms:
  • Trial Period: Upon registering for the Son of Thunder Membership, members are offered a 14-day free trial. This trial period allows members to access and experience the full benefits of the Gold Membership.
  • Automatic Enrolment: If you do not cancel your membership before the end of the 14-day free trial period, you will be automatically enrolled in the Son of Thunder Gold Membership and your preferred payment method will be charged accordingly.
  • Notification: It is the responsibility of the member to monitor their trial period. We do not guarantee personal notifications prior to the end of your trial or the beginning of your paid membership.
  • Cancellation: If you choose to cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged. To avoid any charges, members must cancel their trial at least 24 hours before the end of the 14-day period.
  • Refunds: Once charged after the trial period, payments are non-refundable. However, members can cancel their future membership renewals at any time.
